Catastro GPS is a tool that converts cadastral references to GPS coordinates. The service queries public data from official cadastral systems of Spain, Portugal (SNIC), France (Geoplateforme), Italy, Germany, Navarre, and the Basque Country, and presents them in an accessible manner.

3. Permitted use

The service is intended for:

• Informational queries about parcel locations
• Professional use by architects, surveyors, real estate agencies, and similar
• Verification of cadastral data

Not permitted:

• Automated bulk queries
• Attempting to access unauthorized systems or data
• Reselling or redistributing the obtained data
• Using the service for illegal activities

4. Service limitations

You should always verify the information with the corresponding official source before making legal, financial, or any other decisions.

5. Disclaimer

Catastro GPS is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in the displayed data
• Decisions made based on the service information
• Service interruptions or failures
• Economic losses resulting from use of the service

6. Intellectual property

Cadastral data is the property of official cadastral bodies in each country. Catastro GPS solely facilitates access to public information. The design, code, and brand of Catastro GPS are property of their creators.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after their publication on this page.
