  • Cadastral references queried: To process your request. They are not linked to personal data.
  • IP address: To limit abuse, prevent fraud, and ensure service security. Anonymized within a maximum of 30 days.
  • Technical data: Browser type, operating system, to ensure compatibility.

2.2 Analytical cookies (only with consent)

If you accept cookies, we use:

  • Google Analytics: To analyze website usage in aggregate.
  • Microsoft Clarity: To understand how users interact with the website (heatmaps, anonymized session recordings).

You can reject these cookies in the banner that appears when you visit the site. If you reject, no tracking cookies are installed.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

  • Infrastructure providers: Vercel (web hosting), Railway (API hosting), under data processing agreements.
  • Analytics providers: Google and Microsoft, only if you accept cookies.
  • Authorities: If required by law.
  • Solar installers: If you request a solar installation quote, and only with your explicit consent, we share your contact details and the parcel location with local installers so they can contact you. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing soporte@catastrogps.es.

International transfers: Some providers (Google, Microsoft) may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
